Yvette’s Carrot Cake
10 min preparation, 15 min cooking
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrot
- 6 tablespoons avena
- 4 table spoons harina de avena
- 1 dessert spoon baking powder
- 1 table spoon honey
- cinamon and vanilla to taste
Blend all together, put in mold, add toppings (chocolate chips for example) and bake for about 15 mins at 180 degrees Celcius.
