# Yvette’s Carrot Cake

> Easy and quick carrot cake that children love

## Ingredients

- *2* eggs
- *1* carrot
- *6 tbsp* oats
- *4 tbsp* oat flour
- *1 dsp* baking powder
- *1 tbsp* honey
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- chocolate chips

## Cookware

- mold
- oven

## Steps

1. Blend the eggs, carrot, oats, oat flour, baking powder and honey together

2. Add cinnamon and vanilla to taste and put all of it in a mold

3. Add toppings (chocolate chips for example) and bake in an oven for 15 min at 180°C
