Yvette’s Carrot Cake

10 min preparation, 15 min cooking

• 2 eggs
• 1 carrot
• 6 tablespoons avena
• 4 table spoons harina de avena
• 1 dessert spoon baking powder
• 1 table spoon honey
• cinamon and vanilla to taste

Blend all together, put in mold, add toppings (chocolate chips for example) and bake for about 15 mins at 180 degrees Celcius.
