Installing Ubuntu 13.10 on a Samsung 535 preloaded with windows 8.

Get Linux Secure Remix 64bits.

Press [F2] right at startup to get to the BIOS.

Deactivate Fast Boot.

After full install, remove the crap:

Privacy: opt-out of ubuntu online search

For sound problems with Skype. Go to skype options and in the sound panel, deactivate the fact that Skype can modify automatically sound mixing.

=== Sleep mode ===

Black screen on wake up.
