====== Yvette’s Carrot Cake ====== 10 min preparation, 15 min cooking * 2 eggs * 1 carrot * 6 tablespoons avena * 4 table spoons harina de avena * 1 dessert spoon baking powder * 1 table spoon honey * cinamon and vanilla to taste Blend all together, put in mold, add toppings (chocolate chips for example) and bake for about 15 mins at 180 degrees Celcius.
